Origins
The boarding house, founded in the 1970's, was built in the estate of "El Rec de la Cavalleria", just where the horse stables used to lie, outside the more protected premises of the city, in a place with abounding water to feed the animals.
The boarding house is now known by the ancient name given to the estate.
